Voluntary Falling

sibylMore trust in the nuances and patterns of my particular process, a return to reliance on intuition, more mess, more risk taking, less thinking. I am experiencing a dialog with the tools, tendencies, and visual language I’ve come to know in the nearly 20 years spent working in the studio. I’m not as crushed by the seemingly hopeless stages, instead seeing them as elements of the compost heap for the thing that needs to root down, grow and become.
